This exhibitor resource will provide you and your team 24/7 access to the information and tools that you need to manage and take full advantage of your participation in the upcoming event set to take place from May 24-27, 2024 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

EXPO Flooring Rental
Flooring is mandatory and MUST cover your entire booth area. You may rent or provide your own.

This form is for those that wish to rent tables from EXPO Services. See table options.

This form is for those that wish to rent chairs from EXPO Services.
Material Handling and Drayage Form

You will need this form if you wish to hang a sign, banner or lighting.
Turnkey Booth Display Rental Form
Within this file you will find hard wall and turnkey booth rental options.
Showcase Rental Form
Explore exhibit showcase rental options. Solid wall, tower, see-thru and museum style showcases.
Booth Accessory Rental Form
Floor Easels, Track Lighting, TV/TV Stands, Peg Board rentals and more.
Cleaning Form
Booth carpet vacuum, trash removal and sanitizing services. Open file to see options.
Sample Food Request
If your exhibit requires food sampling then you must receive approval. Complete and submit form
