This exhibitor resource will provide you and your team 24/7 access to the information and tools that you need to manage and take full advantage of your participation in the upcoming event set to take place from May 26-29, 2023 at the Palm Beach County Convention Center.

Packages include a bulk price for flooring, table and chairs all-in-one.
EXPO Flooring Rental
Flooring is mandatory and MUST cover your entire booth area. You may rent or provide your own.
EXPO Table Rental
This form is for those that wish to rent tables from EXPO Services. See table options.
EXPO Chair + Stool Rental
This form is for those that wish to rent chairs from EXPO Services.
Area Work Rules
General information for freight handling, setting up your booth and labor options.
Non-Official Contractor Form
This form is if you intend on using outside services other than EXPO.
Labor Order Form
This form is for those who need assistance with set-up or dismantling their booth.
Direct Shipping Labels
If you are shipping displays and product to the show, you will need these labels. Note receiving times.
Advanced Shipping Labels
This form is if you need to ship in advance direct to EXPO Contractors.
Hanging Signs, Banners, + Chandeliers
You will need this form if you wish to hang a sign, banner or lighting.
Cleaning Form
Booth carpet vacuum, trash removal and sanitizing services. Open file to see options.
Turnkey Booth Display Rental Form
Within this file you will find hard wall and turnkey booth rental options.
Showcase Rental Form
Explore exhibit showcase rental options. Solid wall, tower, see-thru and museum style showcases.
Booth Accessory Rental Form
Floor Easels, Track Lighting, TV/TV Stands, Peg Board rentals and more.
Sample Food Request
If your exhibit requires food sampling then you must receive approval. Complete and submit form
